Features

1. Vertical air screen separates grains based on the aerodynamic characteristics and the different critical velocities of grains and impurities, by adjusting the airflow speed. 

2. The process flow is as follows: raw grains enter the bulk grain bin via an elevator, are then evenly fed into the vertical air separator, and after air separation, light impurities are sucked into a spiral dust collector for centralized discharge. 

3. The finished grain is discharged through the outlet to proceed to the next process.
