Peanut Grading Machine

Structure & Working Principle

Peanut Grading Machine features a durable, enclosed steel frame housing a multi-tiered deck of precision screens. A centrally mounted, high-efficiency vibratory motor generates a controlled elliptical motion. As peanuts are fed onto the top screen, this vibration fluidizes the product bed, causing smaller kernels to pass through the screen apertures to lower decks, while larger kernels travel across the screen surface to a separate outlet. This process simultaneously yields 3 to 5 distinct, accurately sized fractions in a single, continuous operation.

Key Features & Functions

High-Precision Grading: Utilizes laser-cut or woven wire screens with exacting tolerances for consistent, accurate size separation.

Gentle Yet Efficient Handling: The balanced vibratory action ensures effective sizing without damaging peanut skins or kernels, preserving product integrity and appearance.

High-Capacity Design: Optimized screen surface area and feed dispersion allow for high-volume throughput suitable for large-scale processing lines.

Easy Maintenance & Flexibility: Features a modular screen frame for quick changes to accommodate different size specifications or switch to grading other nuts and grains.

Stable, Industrial Construction: Engineered for 24/7 operation with minimal vibration transmission, ensuring reliability in demanding environments.

Applications:
Ideal for grading shelled peanuts for retail packaging, roasting lines, ingredient processing, and export markets. The 5XFJ Series is also versatile for processing almonds, cashews, soybeans, coffee beans, and various grains.
