Grains Cleaning Machine

5XFS series Air-screen Cleaner consists of bucket elevator, dust catcher, enclosed rotary unloading valve, vertical screen, and vibration grader.

The grains are fed from the feeding bucket of the elevator and then lifted into the bulk grain box. In the bulk grain box, the material is evenly dispersed and then enters the wind screen. The grains areseparated by the wind force of the wind screen. The light impurities are filtered by the cyclone dust collector and discharged by the rotary ash discharge valve. The remaining material enters the screen box through the grain inlet box. 

Under the vibration force of the screen box, the screen plate classifies the material and removes large and small impurities. Finally, the material is discharged from the grain outlet box and bagged or enters the grain trough for the next processing.
