End‑to‑End Process Description

  1. Raw Peanut Intake & Preliminary Cleaning
    Peanuts are introduced via an adjustable feed conveyor into a vibrating pre‑cleaner. Large debris—stones, plant material, and clods—is expelled through a perforated screen, while an aspirator removes dust and lightweight contaminants.

  2. Magnetic Separation & Destoning
    A magnetic head extracts any ferrous particles. The subsequent destoner unit uses differential airflows and vibrating decks to remove stones and dense impurities, preserving the quality of the kernels.

  3. Shelling Section
    Peanuts move to an impact sheller or abrasive sheller—selected according to kernel variety and shell characteristics.
