Peanut Processing Line – Workflow and Equipment Configuration

Hebei Julite Sorting Technology Co., Ltd. supplies integrated peanut processing lines engineered for high throughput and minimal kernel damage, suitable for snack, butter, and ingredient manufacturers.

1. Bulk Intake and Pre-Cleaning

  • Vibrating pre-cleaner removes large foreign materials (stones, sticks).

  • Aspirator eliminates dust, leaves, and chaff.

  • Magnetic separator captures any metal fragments.

2. Shelling

  • Impact or abrasive sheller gently cracks shells, calibrated to minimize kernel breakage.

  • Shell-kernel separator uses density difference to divert shells to waste and send kernels forward.

3. Kernel Cleaning and Grading

  • Destoner removes heavy stones similar in size to peanuts.

  • Air-gravity separator classifies kernels by density, discarding hollow or broken pieces.

  • Size grading screens sort kernels into defined size fractions, ensuring consistent roast and grind performance.

4. Blanching and Skin Removal (Optional)

  • Steam blancher loosens skins.

  • Rubber-roller skinner separates skin from kernel.

  • Cyclone or suction removes floating skins.

5. Final Inspection

  • Optical sorter scans each kernel, ejecting discolored, damaged, or insect-infested pieces.

  • Metal detector provides last-stage safety check.

6. Packaging and Control

  • Weighing and filling stations deliver precise bag or tote weights.

  • PLC/HMI system tracks yields, downtime, and energy use; remote monitoring enables off-site diagnostics.

Capacity options range from 1 t/h pilot lines to 10 t/h industrial installations. All contact parts use food-grade stainless steel; frames and walkways meet safety and sanitation standards.
